Outside shoes must not be worn in the exercise room or crèche's. If you are suffering any conditions of the feet then slippers must be worn. We accept no responsibility for socks or slippers socks.
Etiquette and safety @ Time for Health
Please show consideration for the other club members and staff. Please remember that government legislation with regard to abuse has been recently revised.
Time for Health have clearly marked fire escape routes. In the event of a fire please obey requests from our staff; walk calmly and quietly to the exit nearest to you.
We do not allow pets in the club. Guide dogs may be brought in at the discretion of the management.
Time for Health reserve the right to refuse membership and admission.
If you have a complaint you should address it to a member of staff at the club. If you are not satisfied with the response then please contact the owners, Dr R A Waters or Mrs Waters in person by telephone or in writing.
Liability & Time for Health
Our liability for damage or loss to your property or your guest's property is strictly limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of our negligence. With this exception Time for Health will not accept liability for the safety of you or your guest's personal property brought on to the club's premises.
Time for Health cannot accept any liability for any accident or injury to any member, child or guest that may happen on the premises. If you (or your child or guest) suffers an accident or injury on our premises, you must report the accident or injury, and the circumstances under which it happened to the manager immediately following the accident or injury.
- At Time for Health you can only have up to -4 attendance points.
- If you decide to stop coming we will reclaim any negative attendance points you have
either as classes of at the rate of £4.00 per point.
- If you do not attend 2 classes in a row without informing us Time for Health will
not guarantee your place on your return. If you lose your place you will be placed
on a waiting list for that class.
- If a teacher falls ill Time for Health will try to replace them with an equivalent
teacher. If we cannot find a suitable replacement we will cancel the class. If
you have pre-paid for the class we will provide you with a free class in the next
equivalent course.
If numbers fall below 7 we reserve the right to discontinue the course.
Physical Activity @ Time for Health
You should not take part in any physical activity that you may not be fit for. You
are responsible for monitoring your own condition during physical activity. Time
for Health will not be responsible for any harm you suffer as a result of taking
part in any activity unless it is caused by our negligence. If you are a new member
you should fill in Time for Health’s health and registration forms. You are responsible
for monitoring your own physical condition. If you suffer any unusual symptoms in
Time for Health immediately stop the activity and tell any other member of staff
at the club. Time for Health will require you to modify your exercise and health
questionnaire supplied at the time of your enrolment. You must immediately tell
the club in writing about any change of this information.
