Yoga is an ancient exercise method that will stretch, tone and strengthen your complete
body -
At Time for Health we provide classes of Hatha, or general, Yoga. These classes can be practiced by anyone because of our policy of having small class size means that help is always at hand. (Time for Health’s training policy for people new to Yoga can be seen by following this link.) Class times can be seen by following this link.
The small class sizes at Time for Health means the instructor will monitor your progress, check body alignment, posture and breathing, and help to achieve a better practice as well as a more graceful way of moving.
Time for Health has a class transfer system that means you will probably never need to miss a class you have paid for.
Specialist one to one classes are available to Time for Health members with severe problems.

At Time for Health if you have had a major injury or operation you may not be ready
to go into our general classes. Time for Health run specialist courses on a one to
one basis. Please ring for further information -
